Sorry for late reply (I admittedly don't check the forums here super often).
Prop clips have been patched out in regards to the old way, but it is still possible to do them on current patch. You have to drop the object on top of Jesse first (without it touching anything else, except a wall for example), pick it up again, and it will gain the saame properties as on Legacy.

First of all, sorry for the extremely late reply. I'd say the main reason is that so far we haven't had practically anyone from console doing runs, so we didnt think it was necessary just yet.
Another note is that we still haven't figured out a way for timing console runs(since there wouldn't be load removal), would mods have to manually remove load times, or would console times be by RTA instead.
A console separation would most likely have to happen aswell, not just due to FPS, but due to different glitches. For example Slidey McGunny doesn't work properly on console, and console has a unique glitch, Air Guitar, which so far hasnt been able to be reproduced on PC.

We haven't exactly considered a Glitchless category, but rather an Out of bounds one, which would disallow LPC and Slidey McGunny, but still allow movement tech glitches, such as Air Guitar, aswell as any future non OOB glitches we might find.
Also Konrad has been doing 100% Glitchless runs, so there might be Glitchless/No OOB categories coming at some point. Personally I can't promise anything though.
