[EN] Hi, Maus fans!

A new glitch was discovered by a dedicated group of Maus speedrunners: You can skip from the starting screen right to the completion screen with a time of 0:00! Essential to this trick is a lot of lag and/or fast fingers, because you need to press the Start button four times before it vanishes. Each tap increases the level counter by one. You have to record your run and it's recommended to play on mobile since it will be more laggy and make the skip a lot easier. To record on your phone, you can use an app called “Xrecorder”.

Another addition to the leaderboard is a flag “Hz abuse”, which is set to true if the runner changes the monitor refresh rate during the run in order to benefit from changed platform cycles. A 29 s run on Level 3 was achieved in this way.

A final change to the leaderboard is the rule that Any% runs with a time of 1:40 or better need to provide full video proof.

Ein neuer Glitch wurde von einer Gruppe von Maus-Speedrunnern gefunden: Man kann vom Startbildschirm direkt zum Endbildschirm springen und eine Zeit von 0:00 erreichen! Wichtig für diesen Trick ist viel Lag und/oder schnelle Finger, da man den Startknopf vier mal drücken muss, bevor er verschwindet. Jedes Drücken erhöht das Level um 1. Runs mit „Level Skip“ müssen aufgenommen werden und sind auf dem Handy am einfachsten, da es dort mehr laggt und der Skip deutlich einfacher ist. Um auf dem Handy aufzunehmen, kannst du zum Beispiel die App „Xrecorder“ benutzen.

Eine weitere Neuigkeit auf dem Leaderboard ist die Eigenschaft „Hz abuse“, die gesetzt wird, wenn der Spieler während des Runs die Bildrate des Bildschirms umstellt, um von veränderten Plattform-Geschwindigkeiten zu profitieren. Ein 29-Sekunden-Run in Level 3 wurde auf diesem Weg erreicht.

Eine letzte Änderung ist, dass Any%-Runs mit einer Zeit von 1:40 oder besser ab jetzt auf Video aufgenommen werden müssen.
