Can we add a Category for PS1?

Am I the only one thinking? Or is the PS Version faster than the Arcade Version?

Is PS2 the only submitable category?

Do you have to play it on PS2? Just wondering because it's a PS1 game and also the No phone emulators got me a bit confused.
