Im new to posting runs on this site and was wondering how to post a photo instead of a video as proof for my ultimate choice speedrun?

I was practicing away from my pc and beat my record by 30 secs. I got some of the final battle and the result screen on the screen recorder that’s on the switch. Is it possible for me to use that 30 sec clip as my video proof?
