Hello i am not a speedrunner but i ave finish this game 5 times, here is some tips to improve your times :

-Put the hotels just next to the exit of the city, so adventurer will not loose time walking for heal -Same for other building not so far from exit of the cities

• You can't boost prices from weapon,accsory and armor stores

• The object %greatness effect depend of the character, the building, i have not made a spreadsheet for that, but just spam pillow and couch on the hotel as it's the most used building in the game, maximize the price of this building.

-The yearly boss are easy,add the most as possible character you have.

-Some of the event of boosting depend of buildings (you can remove building after unlocked the event), and some of the building are unlocked with heroes house, up hapiness. (Avoid fight with mob alliance, who are too hard in realy games, impossible to be fair).

-There is one event who cast 40 event point and one who cost 200 points, up thougness is more effective than boosting health. Focus on physical dmg, you don't have time to loose with mages, respec them on physical if possible.

-Don't build too much facilities it's useless, if you need facilities for ranking up you can build cheap facilities and remove them just after upgrading star.

-You can build big facilities like circus who are more effective, heroes will spend less time visiting facilities. Hope it help for beating this time. Giving gift boost popularity.

Hope it help, just need to pay attention the game is now on Xbox One too and work really well too in version 2.57, the version is important as i think it change the loot rates and maybe some other things.
