I have a question: are runs still being reviewed as of now?

Note: I am using Dark Reader on this run. I saw in the Forums that someone's run was denied because they were using Dark Reader, which was unfair and has (I think) been resolved.

Rare occurrences that have happened to me are:

Instant elimination to both me and to another player (separate)

Starting with a city on World Map

The category of One City on World Map likely does not exist anymore because it is possible to start with a city in that game mode, however statistically unlikely. This game of me playing as Mauve shows the unlikely possibility.
