For a new category, there should be a certain number of quotas on one moon, with the FreeMoons mod allowed.

I am currently the only mod here who checks the site, and I am going to leave moderating this game. The other mod has been inactive for months. I have been wondering about this for a while. Most runs are 30fps on YouTube, but some are below that. Recently I got a run at 15fps, and was wondering at what point does it become a problem with low fps for moderators to accept the run.
