I could not find any description of what Washington% means. What is the objective of Washington%?

Washington% is essentially a tutorial run. The objective is to take the two required pictures when loading the Washington area for the first time, and then upon reloading the area after, you need to find and collect a lead ball. Once the objective sound pings, the run is over.
