Emu. Mednafen 1.29.0. Settings follow speedrun.com rules, which for Very Hard% requires Very Hard difficulty, 45 time, 2 rounds. The category rules for this game seem to mention some service mode settings that I don't think are present in the Saturn version. They seem to be arcade exclusive.

This run was horrible and features tons of continues, but now the category won't be empty. Very Hard difficulty in this game is pretty ridiculous.
