I was too dumb to solve the puzzle the correct way and laughed out loud when i saw it for the first time, but I solved it with an unreasonable convoluted technique XD! So, instead of moving the jammer to the final gateway, I opened it with the laser. How, you might ask? I went over the walls. There isn't an existing angle to line up to hit the laser receiver around the walls, so I placed a box then the laser deflector on top of each other ON TOP OF A WALL just to get over the fence that blocks the path. And I cut it really close! You can see my first failed attempt in the last image. It took me about 3 failed attempts at getting the deflector dropped incorrectly before it finally landed in the perfect spot.
