Hi, this is a run for Surgeon Simulator ER Normal Heart Transplant. 4.702 seconds. I believe this is a world record if I'm not missing something. The beginning of the run appears "cut off" because the timer in the game starts as soon as the level loads and at that point the screen hasn't yet loaded (I was completely blind in my VR headset until that point as well). The time is fully visible once I complete the run.
