Hello there! I was curious about something. I noticed a few runs submitted using the emulator.

Is there a list of emulators we are allowed to use somewhere? I currently have Bizhawk installed on my PC

While I am not a mod, I do not believe there are any emulators that cannot be used. Bizhawk should be fine!
