Slight improvement over the last run. Slightly worse than average first half, miffed getting into Metro Speedway twice, Breeze Harbor still trolled me, couldn't get the perfect hover on Scorch for the life of me, and Ripto 2nd phase still went entirely too long. Still a PB for now. Hopefully low 21 soon :)

After some discussions with the mod team, we feel the time has come to officially set a ruling on IGT manipulation for Console runs.
