Thanks to the help of Shroomy, SpeedEgg and Von Ryder, I was able to make this high 22. I was angry that I had to make like 3 or 4 attempts to get the Metropolis 1 glitch, if it wasn't for that, it would have been mid 22. I'm proud of this run anyway. By the way, retime pls, i put the time from livesplits (autosplitter).

UPDATE: Sonic 1 Tails submissions reopened as of patch 2.0.2
