After having conducted a poll in the megaten speedrunning discord to overwhelming support in favour of changing the rules to standardize the timing across the leaderboard, all categories will start the time on "Start" and end time on "END." fully appearing on screen.

For clarification, because the wording changes across versions of the game (SFC says "Start", GBA says "New Game", PSX says "Normal/Expert"), "Start" is represented as the first input that begins the game in said version.

All current runs will be re-timed to follow the new rules.
