I think there should be minimum captures runs for the individual kingdoms for people that want to focus on on specific kingdom or people that are just starting out speedrunning minimum captures

There aren't too many people running minimum captures, and not many people run the IL's already. So it would mostly be, pointless. They can practice on their own time without a leaderboard.
