In version, i enter NTSC right, but in Region, do i enter PAL or NTSC ?

PAL I assume.

if i recall correctly, the switch uses the ntsc version regardless of region.

It'd be under NTSC/USA

You should select PAL for European games and NTSC if it is originally a North American release.
