So first of all i just wanted to ask, why running the game of a hard drive/other form of storage medium isn't allowed? Most runs of the game on PC aren't played with a legitimately copy of the game. Or is it maybe because of the different load times for the game? Which wouldn't make sense anyway since between consoles the load times are different anyways. Lastly if the Load Times are the problem i don't understand why the Console versions of the game are only RTA and not LRT? (Sorry if my english isn't the best)
There is no easy way to remove load times from console runs. The PC runs use a memory based load remover which isn't possible to be done on console. Loading the game off hard drive / usb gives faster load times than what is normally possible from disc, which is why they are not allowed.
