Single segment run (no save/load or video editing). Time counted from the moment control is gained after skipping the opening cutscene to the moment the game switches to the loading screen.

Supergussman stole my strats and slightly improved the movement, thus beating my record by 7 seconds. So I came up with new strats and improved upon his world record (again) by a minute.

Areas to improve:

• Initial rock climb could be faster and the landing can be done in such a way you don't bonk your head, losing less health in the process.
• Final jump into the end-level trigger can be done in one swoop, thus skipping 1 jump. It can also be triggered without even landing on the ground, allowing you to take a more risky jump in the initial rock climb.
• Door break can be done faster.
