1. Don't waste a single time every time counts so if you have the evidence you need to put it in while walking so you don't waste time

2. Keep moving around so the ghost has a lower Chance of attacking just like in me and my Friend Speed run

3. Pick specific items that can help you Identify whether the ghost is in that room such as Spirit box, Temperature, EMF, And Spirit Goggles

4. if you have a friend that is helping you ill prefer you split up if its a big map

5. Buy useful stuff like spirit box due to hard mode The spirit goggles is useless and doesn't work on that mode for some reason and if you have the goggles You can use it to see instead or just to see orbs

6. Don't waste your inventory on just getting flashlight and a goggles bad choice if you wanna speed run it you might wanna just take the goggles instead of the flashlight
