I would like to do a New Game+ run but my live split timer doesn't work when I load the Leon max file? Has anybody had any experience with this and how I can sort this problem out? Thank you

It should work fine with the normal Leon A Splits until the room where you pick the magnum up. At that point I usually skip through two splits as you win past it. Try opening your game and splits in administrator mode. This is the best way to make it work imo. Other than that, delete the two splits that involved the magnum pickup room and do the latter and you should be good.

there is an livesplit in build script from deserteagle what u can use there is the extra rooms out or u do it like dave sayed but then u need to delete both splits in the splitfile and the 2 rows in the asl script as well.

I did all that and it seems to be good to go now, however when I start the game the first split when you run to kendo's shop is glitchy and the timer doesn't start working properly until I enter the gun shop. Also if I get bitten in the first split the livesplit stops running completely, it's strange

This only occurs on the Leon_Max file, normal game works perfectly

idk if this is the case but u need to be careful with having in built splits and using and asl script . that can force some strange shit. no manual asl file selction is what i mean.

I'm at a loss lol, is it possible to use another timer to establish a valid run instead of livesplit
