So recently @Invisibleexe (me) and @GunnableScum found out something about Neil mode where theres a loading which we havent been pausing

So now i re-timed every single Neil Mode and Any% run where we paused the loading zone so the new runs should have a new time and some runs have been beaten because of that

Okay, so I've seen some people get confused about when they have to show their modifiers screen and when they don't have to.

So, I've compiled a small list of cases. Please follow accordingly.

First off, to strike a lot of cases from the Board: "All Modifiers" Runs always have to show their modifier screen, the only exception is when the Mode does not support modifiers (like Neil Mode), in which case an All Modifiers run can't exist.

Now, let's go to the main points...

• Story Mode: Only "All Modifiers" runs.
• Pizza Mode: Only "All Modifiers" runs.
• Double Trouble: Always.
• Ishaan Mode: Always.
• Neil Mode: Never.
• Atlas Mode: Never.
• Crypto Luigi Battle: Never.
• Full Game: Only at the start, before the timer starts.

All runs submitted after the 25th Feb. 2024 MUST now show their modifiers in some way, if it is not shown already. (Ergo, If you play story mode, the end screen will tell you if you used modifiers) So any new runs for Categories like Ishaan Mode, or MrBeast Fight% (or ANYTHING that has no mod indicators) must show their modifiers screen.
