"I once thought this run was made of unobtainium." - me (paraphrased)
Over a fortnight greater than 10k attempts among a broken F key, I overcame and became the SECOND person ever and the FIRST person on emulator and in the USA to tie this insane-ass world record. This matches Cads' initial completion making it a tied world record and further eroding a (currently) 276 run way tie for 27s. This level cannot currently be further optimized with IL timing and ties the TAS.
The IL may look elementary but it requires a total of ~16 frame perfect inputs to perform with only ONE FRAME to spare. One little slip up and your run is given a pink slip. This is due by the copious sum of corner boosts which each ideally save two frames, meaning you must hit all of them perfectly with one sub-optimal boost... assuming you're still on that fastest pace possible (which I probably was not).
Greetz to Cads, Cirole, Koki, Catzee, and every other soul that motivated me.
