I have been doing some research and it says that EA Play is badly messing up PC's. And, I was wondering if there is anyway to get Need For Speed: Shift and Shift 2 Unleashed on PC without having to download EA Play? I want to play this game and Shift 2 Unleashed. If there is a way you can do that. Please let me know.

In case of Shift 1, you can buy a used disk and install from there. Not sure about Shift 2.

shift 2 was on only released digitally therefore only cracked versions dont use launchers

@Balathruin I can buy a used disk copy of NFS: Shift? And, don't have to worry about the Launchers?

@Leviathan I cannot buy the Disk Copy of the game? I would have to play it from EA Play? But, is there a Disk Copy of the game to where you don't have to play it through EA Play?

Disk version of Shift is completely standalone, no game launchers or anything needed. That's what I use myself, since I got the game all those years ago back when it was full price.
