Did you know that NPC dialogue gets skipped when you disable audio within the game's config file?

Don't know if that change complies with "no mods" rule as the option is not available within ingame. Not the same as the volume slider. At least it was a rule breaker for Speed Demos Archive.

Well it was agreed on that you shouldn't touch config file except for raindrops count and maxfps.
