used a set seed so I added 15 seconds. first run with actual proper tourneys.

Bizhawk 2.9.1 this time. Tried to use "The Hud" so I could land the frame without a seed but all the Lua scripting is outdated, using bitwise functions that are deprecated, so it won't run properly
