Edit: So, ppl have actually attempted it before...
Been theorizing about killing Mosquito while in the chopper since I've started running Chapter 1 Any%. Turns out it's possible. It's extremely risky and if you miss the shot there's a good chance CP won't alert the soldiers about Pequod and Mosquito won't line up for the normal strat.
