There is a No Major Glitches category on the extended leaderboards for any% and 100%. You can find those leaderboards sticky-ed on the top of the forums here or just by looking them up! :)
NMG still allows glitches. So my question apparently is answered by, “No, you don’t have a Glitchless Category.” I mentioned in my original post, that I accidentally deleted, that I read Category Extentions (because of the sticky).

Category extensions for the game (Metroid NES): https://www.speedrun.com/metroid_category_extensions In categories with no major glitches (NMG): Door-jumping/wraps and block clips are banned. Unmorph Jump (Mid-air Jump) and sequence breaks are allowed.
