I'm going to pass the quality this time, but for the future, please make it better, and since you're using another PC because of the C button not working on yours, I have a solution, open up Command Prompt (as an Adminstrator), type "sfc /scannow", it'll repair all windows files, if no, just use an app that allows binding a letter to another one, or rock it with your current PC and probably keep scratching around until you get a reasonable video quality.
