Really sorry about the couple seconds of black screen when I toggle full screen on and off. Didn't know that would happen but hopefully won't be an issue. Because the black screens only happen during menu navigation and not during any actual gameplay, I imagine the only issue with them would be a fear that the run was spliced there, which is exactly why I stream all my speedruns attempts to a nomic twitch account. IGT was retimed using Youtube Frame Timer, although I wasn't sure how much time to add for the manual pause I do after picking up my 11th emerald. I ended up adding 100 ms, but I don't really know what is correct.
