This wasn't even intentional, I accidentally loaded into an RSG seed. Sadly arrow's recording was glitched and we can't have his side :(. Still awesome run, we are extremely happy. Seed: -820325090 Mod Note: Retimed (Start Frame: 1933, End Frame: 29854, FPS: 30, Total Time: 15:30.700) i am being nice and not rejecting but fix those nether enter frames next time

New proof rules for top level runs
Hello Runners.
We have a new rule for all platforms, for random seed runs.
After completing a Top Run (Top 5 Main Category/1st ILs), you must exit the world and go to the main menu.
For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.
For Ps4/Ps5, this rule
