Hello! i would like to know how submitting times works on a mods pov and what the average time it would take for a mod to verify a run of mine if i post one

When you submit a run, it goes into a queue sorted from oldest to newest that looks like this:

From there, I'll watch the run, make sure it follows all the rules, and then approve it if it does. Usually I'll have to edit the time a little first and sometimes even switch it to a different category (sometimes people do a glitch without realizing it, etc.) but that's basically it. Wait times can vary a lot because I get lazy sometimes but right now I wouldn't expect it to take any longer than like a day or two. Glad you're interested in speedrunning the game!

I have just got a new pc that can record good when playing so i WILL be speedrunning stuff like NEAT, ToAST and maybe some harder towers. i also asked this because i have posted 2 runs into flood escape classic (one was 3 days ago and one was today) and they have still not been reviewed.
