Getting Sub 6 in ghost mode for the first time

To get a sub 6 for the first time you need alot of luck in the crane. Because if I were you and I failed 6 combinations in the crane I would reset because I lost my chance for a 5:XX. There is also this trick where after you got the correct crain lever combination. You crouch and you go through the fence to the left of the grey pipe tunnel thingy. It will make you go through the fence and it saves like 3.5 seconds. I'm not good at making guides because this is my first time making one so please don't get mad at me for making a bad guide.

How to make a good speedrun on Ice Scream any mode?

Ice Scream is a very easy game. If you want to learn how to make a great speedrun, then try worrying less about Rod. Yes yes, It's almost everyone's weakness, but don't take it like "I don't have to worry about Rod at all. He can't hurt me". Well in ghost mode, you can take it like that, but for Normal, Hard, Extreme, then don't. If you can be brave over Rod, then try a speedrun.. To get to that level, Think about a strategy and try it for a while, and If you feel ready enough to beat the world record like me, then go for it.. Do what you decide to do!! Go play and have fun!
