1. What is needed that a Speedrun is valid?

**1. Video proof**
   1.1 Generation of the new file with Ironmanmode and Historical AI
   1.2 Full Video from start to end
   1.3 Showing a way to verify the version of the game (ideally the start menu which shows the exact version)
   1.4 The Video should be of good enough quality to read the top bar

**2. Follow the rules of the Speedrun**
   2.1 If you want to submit to a RT category dont use speed 5
   2.2 Most Categories have rules against highly RNG based events (like france rejecting rhineland)
   2.3 Sometimes Categories are not only explained by their name look at the Completion Requirements

**3. Small exceptions**
   3.1 old runs which do not fully fulfill the requirement will not be removed without high suspicions
   3.2 If runs are "not that good" they can still be verified besides lack in dokumentation as long cheating can not be identified
   3.3 In IGT categories the proof requirements are reduced a bit as long as the time is reasonable (no WR), there is the enddate captured and it is Ironmanmode the run can be verified.

ANY% Guide

Start with 1936 start date and choose Ethiopia. Delete all divisions and unpause until you capitulate.

Artillery Only Guide

Choose Germany in the 1936 startdate. Begin justifying on Luxembourg as soon as possible. Don not select a national focus until this happens. Once you complete this, select army innovations. With the army xp you get from this focus, create a new division template with only artillery battalions and most importantly, an artillery support company. Without this, you will not be able to attack, even into an empty tile. Walk into Luxembourg and record your time.

Capitulate Poland Guide (2021)

This strategy revolves around starting an early war with the allies then justifying on Poland. You get Yugostrat done by 2/08/36 and by declaring on the Commonwealth nations, you can justify with a 25 day wait. At that point, you should have around 6 tanks for Warsaw and 4 for Danzig in East Prussia. Push into the tile below Danzig and with the Western Army push into Danzig. Rush towards Warsaw from East Prussia and use surrounding tanks to pin. Focus on breakthroughs around the middle and South snaking VP's with tanks. While this still has some RNG based elements, it has significantly less than previous strategies.

Conquer poland (Outdated)

1.Put all factories on infantry 2 or 1
2.Improve relations with poland until u have +23 then cancel
3.Oppose hitler (MAKE SURE THAT U HAVE 10PP this is a run killer)
3.Disband the axis
4.Put all divisions on the polish border on the tile that has 3 divisions
5.Justify war goal on the US
6.Make a faction with poland
7.Make a line that is connected to germany and danzig or östpreussen.
8.Move units until poland capitulates

Conquer Poland Guide

~Select Germany in the 1936 startdate
~Select all divisions and put them on Czechoslovakia border
~Perform basic maintenance on country, prioritizing military factories and research with short-term benefits.
~Select no national focus the entire run
~Put Manstein as general of your army, when able give him fortress buster.
~Unpause and put air force on czechoslovakia, prioritize bombing on forts. 
~Once you get to 46 pp, improve relations with Yugoslavia, stop once you get to +11 relations
~justify on US once you get to 50 pp.
~Disband Axis and invite Yugoslavia to a faction.
~Within ~10 days an event will happen where you gain a war goal on Yugoslavia.
~Hold this war goal until Great Britain guarantees Yugoslavia.
~Declare on Yugoslavia and immediately unjustify on the United States, else France will join the allies.
~Begin justifying on Poland with the now 45 day wargoal time.
~Finish off Czechoslovakia and prepare to invade poland. 
~Declare on Poland and capitulate them.
~With this, you should be able to finish around late june to early may with good micro.
