Ты делаешь стрейф вправо резким, а влево более плавным. Стрейфь так, чтобы оба стрейфа были плавными и как-нибудь минимизируй тряску рук

Также поможет в некоторой степени увелечение точности поворота камеры в самой игре: На 2013 - ввести "m_rawinput 1" в консоли На 2007 - воспользоваться программой RInput
