Not a perfect run by any means but I got the 7.2x so I think I'm satisfied for now.

Major differences to the US version:

1 heart refill after each substage, stage layouts differ a bit, mainly in stage 2-2, the boss in 2-3 can't be manipulated to be stuck in place, some hitboxes differ on the mines which makes the 3-1 boost very different so I did not go for it in this run.
