Run on BizHawk v2.4.2 with bsnes core.

The timer in the video goes from first to last input. By the timing I saw in the other posted run, i.e. from first input on title screen to black screen after last boss, it's 22:55.516 by my measurement. Also, please at least add timing rules to the leaderboard.
