It would still count. Since you can still speedrun a game without it being on this site.

But if you want to request a new game, then you'd need to submit a support ticket.

This page can be found from Help > New ticket. And you'd submit under "Add a new game to Speedrun".

It depends for which game you're going to run. Since every game has its own rules.

Although generally, it should be fine. But I'd say that I'm using a controller in the description of my run when submitting.
