This instance of the game was bugged in a few regards. Phantom inputs that required a restart, one cutscene jumping ahead a little, frequent in-game animation bugs as well as cutscene modelling going awol. 2:3x is defo possible and potentially sub 2:30 but you would have to spin the RNG wheel BIG time for that to come off.
