Alrighty, I've put this off for far to long, lets get planning! :3 Gonna use this as a "template" of sorts for a guide, so throw stuff on here you know about!
Things to consider; -We have to follow the games leveling system in dungeons a bit due to the exp rates dropping if we get -/+ 10 levels from the recommended dungeon level. -Because of said message above, using higher level quests for exp may be worth it to level. -Full game runs are only possible on weekends, because of the unlimited stamina. -Friken equipment level... This is going to be interesting... -B slots must be mailed to the character through the procedure available in the "Guide" section. -Is class changing going to be worth the time? I can see myself pulling a base Eve run, but I dunno... -To unlock a region, you have to meet the lowest "Recommended Level" of the first dungeon. For example, Lanox's "Burnt Forest" have a minimum of lv.70. Thus, It will be impossible for us to access Scar until then... Or you know, Henir :P

Ruben; The barrier keeping you from hopping into Elder is a "lv.6 or higher" restriction, as well as having to clear "White Mist Swamp"
Field; -Lake Noahs; Theif Phoru= 300250 exp Bor= 192~250 exp Tobu= 100ish exp
Notes; From what I've seen; -Beating the tutorial enemy will result in level 2. -Clearing "Tree of El" (Normal) gives about 1800ish exp, resulting in lv.4 once quest has been completed -Clearing "Forest Ruins" (Normal) Gives about 4600ish exp, resulting in lv.5. lv.6 obtained after completing quest. -The next required quest is "Theif Phoru's". They can be found in bulk at the right most side, before the Bor's. This left me with 100% on my exp bar... UGH. So probably lv.7 on average here. -Clearing "White Mist Swamp" (Normal) Gives about 7000ish exp, resulting in lv. 8. Clearing the quest only gives so much now (Like 1/4 of a exp bar).
Anyway, you probably want to leave to Elder as soon as possible. Even at a low level, the repeat stolen goods quest can be used to quickly level, Thus, stick with Normal on these dungeons to save time.
Possible Glitches; By opening another window on your computer at the end of the tutorial, you get rid of all of the tutorial overlays. DO NOT DO THIS DURING THE TUTORIAL! This will make the "awakening section" of the tutorial untriggerable. Tutorial breaking outcome; Overlay skip;
Miscellaneous stuff: -Don't buy accessories in Elder, wait until Bethma. -Instead of going to 2-4 right away, you can go to Bethma and start the Bethma quest chain right away. Not sure how useful that is, but it's possible. -Enhance equipment whenever possible (up to +4 if you're not using Fluorite Ore for safety's sake. And if equipment comes at +4 or higher, DO NOT TRY TO ENHANCE IT FURTHER, THE ODDS ARE AGAINST YOU. Using Luriel's Amulets if you find them is totally cool, just don't waste it on equipment you can use early on) -Don't bother with the Pocket Phoru pet that shows up as you traverse through Elder. It's not worth it...shame, because it's SO CUTE -Your class change quests have first priority, but have them line up with regular story quests as often as possible. (For this reason, don't do Chilliarch/Dreadlord for Ciel, You don't want to do 5-1 TWELVE TIMES)
Ok, I did an dungeon to quest exp ratio... And by golly are Dungeons taking exp by storm. I think the only place you really want to follow the quests is the very beginning, or if you are going for a job change. I went ahead and ran "Residential Area 3" on my CBS. Here are the numbers I got; Dungeon exp (Normal) ;139,511 (3:30ish)= 644.3 exp per second Dungeon exp (Hard) ;195,087 (3:50ish)= 848.2 exp per second Dungeon exp (Very Hard); 236,769 (4:40ish)= 845.6 exp per second So... Do dungeons on Hard? Gonna test on another dungeon. Also; Quest reward exp; (Story) 78,240+ (Side) 27,846=106,086 Ya... Not worth the trouble. Just go and keep climbing the Dungeon ladder.
FATAL PROBLEM; Henir is OP... You can enter from level 10 and it will curve to your level, so should we make that a category?
Sadly, the more and more I gather data and such, I begin to realize MMO's aren't supposed to be cleared in 1 day XD. I think this category is actually a bit absurd now, considering my estimate for reaching scar being around 7 hours...
I tried it on normal... Took like a whole hour and a half... I died at Scar :(
