Welcome to the longest run of the game, pretty hard but satysfying. I got 2 major time loses in this run - i died on beppi which can happens, after all it's expert run, but i also forget a coin in first world after beating cagney carnation, and that's pretty bad. MOD EDIT: added 6 second for shop skip and equip card during dialogue

Mod note #2 (diggity): Moved into full clear - expert (same as old 200%). Since it's not glitchless, the 6 seconds from old can be removed.
