Hi . I would like to know if the DLC leaderboard will appear in the next week ? Here or on a new page ?

It's going to be a thing after it comes out. Although, it may take a while to figure out how to implement the DLC content into the leaderboards. No way to know how much difficulty this will have yet.

I would suggest a seperate leaderboard

It most likely will be a separate category, like how legacy and 1.1+ are separated, or how 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2 are all separated for boss ILs.

Post DLC, the ILs will probably have a 1.3 category or something like that. But the only way to know for sure is to wait and see
