Also, for the rules it just says "a run", please can you elaborate on timer being used, Run start (where timer starts) Run end (Final split) and if there is different rules from Any% to Any% dlc

Hello! Sorry about the incredibly delayed response:

I have just added PS4 to the list of platforms and regions, thank you for the heads up.

The (your own) timer starts right after you select the first chapter “Silence” (when your screen fades to white) after erasing your save file, and ends immediately once you see this screen, which is right after the cutscene for killing the Radio boss (this goes for both categories, Any% and Any% + DLC):

In terms of the differences between the two categories, Any% + DLC includes killing the Sea of Blood after going through the Church of Sorrow, fighting the Dozens of Monks and collecting all thirteen souls, while Any% only requires you to kill the bosses in each of the respective six chapters, with the last one being the Voice in Chapter 6, since you unlock it last after killing the previous five. You can kill them in any order and play on the easiest difficulty. My Any% + DLC run took just over 33 minutes with me being in the DLC area for roughly 15 minutes, so an Any% run for me would be around 18 or so minutes.
