Hello @CK3 people, March has ended in central Europe and with that the second monthly CK3 competition in the category "Rise of the Ghurids". It was quite a contrast to february, both in length, with all runs taking hours instead of seconds, and in players, with only two people submitting runs. A few others tried (especially me) but didn't complete a run.
TarkusArkusarkusar first set a baseline run in RTA with a 3h 08m 06s and later improved his time to a 1h 42 06s. With that Tarkus is now on a winning streak of two, showing his dominance over RTA. Let's see if somebody beats him next time or he can increase his streak.
sandwich8 set two impressive times in IGT with first a 4 years 5 days and later a 3 years 23 days. Both runs used interesting strategies, especially using depose-loops and showed sandwich's impressive knowledge at the game.
The competition of april will be held in "Kings to the Seventh Generation". It's the first time a category got selected in which there already are runs. Let's see how much they can be improved!

Hello @CK3 people, February has ended in central Europe and with that the first ever monthly CK3 competition in the category "Beta Israel". It ended up being a very short speedrun and became very optimized in the end. There is still room to improve though so good luck to anybody that tries. Shoutouts to TarkusArkusarkusar, Aqua Boy, Uhrenkerl, Lesser_Scholar and me for participating.
Tarkus and Aqua Boy held the IGT WR at some point during the month, but Aqua Boy dominated after Tarkus first WR and beat the record three times. His last record was 13 days. He therefore wins the title of "IGT monthly champion" for this month.
RTA had a whopping 12 WRs! First Tarkus and me traded the record three times each when in the last 5 days a new player, Lesser_Scholar, appeared and traded the record with Tarkus three times as well. Tarkus prevailed in the end though with a 0:33:950, followed by Lesser_Scholar with a 0:34:633 and Uhrenkerl with a 0:42:400. Tarkus really earned his title of "RTA monthly champion" that he will hold for the next month.
The competition of march will be held in "Rise of the Ghurids". It will be quite a contrast to this month because of it's length but I hope we will still see some good runs. Happy speedrunning and good luck to everybody next month!
