Done on Nestopia 1.4 with a NES controller
I forgot to show the last screen with the points on my last PB so I gave it another go and got a better PB.
I notice that the weather does make some tracks easier specially if you don't get snow on the tracks.
Rule Update
I changed the rules so that you don't have to go to the point screen anymore, since it isn't really necessary and since y'all kept not doing it
