Once Zorua is caught, head south and fight the Youngster

Head up to Route 2 and select the third option on Tauros

ROUTE 2 Step into the grass and hug the edge of the hill to skip Krystal, Watergun x2 if you hit her, otherwise head left to Big Wave Beach

BIG WAVE BEACH Run north till you get a cutscene, then try to leave to leave to active the Team Skull cutscene

Skull Grunt: Drowzee: (Potion) X Sp.Atk, Water Gun x2 > Potion at the start only if below 9 HP

Head back to Route 2 once the Skull Grunt is defeated

ROUTE 2 Hug the fence the trainer is facing along the way to avoid the him and keep heading up.

Trigger the Ultra Recon Squad cutscene, then take a right and avoid the trainer but cutting through the grass around her

Head inside the Pokemon Center and shop while waiting for Rotom Lottery

Shopping:

2 Super Potions 1 Nest Ball (vv)

Head outside and towards the grass.

Once near the grass: Save Catch a Spearow with a Nest Ball Soft reset on every other encounter besides Rattata unless you have bad speed

Once Spearow is caught, go back inside the center and trade the Lass on the right Spearow for Hawlucha. Deposit Pooplio once you’re done trading.

Once Pooplio is desposited, go into Pokemon Refresh and give Hawlucha 3 beans and 6 rubs > Alternate between 2 Belly Rubs and 1 Head Rub at a time

Head over to Verdant Cavern, talk to Ilima, then heading inside the cave

VERDANT CAVERN Once inside the cave, head to the first hole and press A to trigger the first trial fight Rattata: Karate Chop

Head over to the 2nd burrow on the right

Rattata: Karate Chop

Check your stats upon Level up. If Rattata drops a berry pick it up, otherwise keep heading the left

Reset at any speed lower than 3 IV (20 Speed at Level 8 and 25 Speed at level 10)

3/15, 4/13, 12/10, 14/8, 17/7, 19/5, 22/4, 27/2 HP/SpD IVs = 25% to die to Ribombee at +4 level 62

Before crossing the bridge, head down and pick up Brick Break TM

Check all three burrows and fight the team skull grunt after If you used an X-Defend during Ilima, grab the one near the left most burrow

Head up the hill on the right and check the burrow

Raticate: Karate Chop

Head north west and towards Totem Faticate.

Once at the Totem Pokemon Refresh, feed 2 Beans and Pet 3 times (Twice on the belly and once on the head) Turn off Exp. Share Repel and renew it 6 times in a row when prompted to repel Teach Brick Break over Tackle

Totem Raticate: Brick Break > Check for 35 Speed at 13 Run to the right side of the bridge to avoid Rattata fight on the burrow near the X-Defend, head outside the cave and enjoy another tutorial

ROUTE 2 Once you’re done learning about Z-moves, head north towards Route 3

ROUTE 3 Avoid all the shadows, go into the lower path and grab the Sharp Beak. Wait a bit for the next shadow to pass then head to Meadow

MELEMELE MEADOW Pass by Lily and head to cave in lower left

Head straight down towards Cosmog to fight the Ultra Recon Squad

Soliera: Furfrou: Brick Break x2-4

Go for Karate Chop crit if -2

Once done beating Soliera, grab Nebby, enjoy your free heal and fight Hau

ROUTE 3 Hau 3: Litten: Brick Break Noivern: Wing Attack > Hone Claws + Wing Attack if Growled by Litten Pikachu: Brick Break

Head south and hug right side to avoid the trainer, head south towards Route 1 ROUTE 1 Run to the left and into the grass towards Iki Town to fight Hala

IKI TOWN Hala: Machop: X Atk, Wing Attack Makuhita: Brick Break Crabrawler: Wing Attack Once the fight is over, register Tauros, head south to Route 1

ROUTE 1 Go through the grass again and head South East to Ten Carat Hill

TEN CARAT HILL Head to the left through all the rocks, when you see an exit north head through it and grab the Hard Stone, head back into the cave and keep heading left through the narrow path

After running through the narrow path, grab the hidden Protein in the small rocks before the Flynium Z cutscene

After the cutscene grab Flyinium Z and Escape Rope out

ROUTE 1 Head back up to Hau’Oli City clearing all of the grass before finally dropping your repels

HAU'OLI CITY Go all the long way around to get to the Photo Album Club instead of through gate

Quite out of the Photo Album cutscene and press Yes when prompted to

Head outside, select the 1st option at Hau, 2nd option after Kukui, 2nd option at Lillie, and the 1st option’s after that

Once done, head North West towards Route 2

ROUTE 2 Get off of Tauros and skip Krystal again, after skipping Krystal, hop back on Tauros and enter/exit graveyard

After exiting, head left to the Beach and Mash B at Oak entering the beach after all the text

Head to the Mantine to being Surf minigame, don't bother scoring just keep your Matine Surf speed at Orange

HEAHEA BEACH Once you land on the beach, head to the north most vendor on the right and buy Berry Juice, then head South to HeaHea City

HEAHEA CITY Once all the cutscenes pass, head right for another cutscene with Lillie

After the Lillie cutscene, grab Candy from woman below the Lillie cutscene then head north to fight Sina

Pokemon Trainer Sina: Smoochum: Hone Claws till you’re dead

Free heal

Run to the right to enter Route 4

ROUTE 4 Run straight up the grass and menu:

• Use Repel
• Equip Sharp Beak
• Head North East towards Paniola Town avoiding all trainers

For safe repel movement, hop the ledge near the two trainers looking around the corners PANIOLA TOWN Free heal

Hau 4: Torracat: X Atk + Brick Break Pikachu: Brick Break Noibat: Wing Attack Eevee: Wing Attack

Free heal

Renew Repel and keep heading north to Paniola Ranch

PANIOLA RANCH Dismount Tauros at the corner, then hug fence and turn right at the grass pass to avoid the lady, keep proceeding left until interrupted by dialog

Hug left at daycare to avoid trainer, drop repels after clearing the grass

ROUTE 5/BROOKLET HILL Gladion 1: “Zubat”: Hone Claws + Wing Attack , Zubat: Wing Attack Type: Null: Brick Break

BROOKLET HILL After receiving Lapras, run up to the water, register Lapras, then surf to the Bottom whirlpool

Surf south west and grab the hidden Max Repel

ROUTE 4 Talk to the Sudowoodo to trigger the Ultra Recon Squad fight

Soliera: Poipole: Wing Attack x2 > X-Attack if Charmed

Head south to Route 6 ROUTE 6 Hug right side of the wall and trigger the Skull Grunt fight

Skull Grunt: Drowzee: Wing Attack

Once finishished fighting the Skull Grunt Run above off of Tauros, then blitz below on Tauros to dodge trainer Smash rocks for Rare Candy Smash the rocks behind the Rare Candy to get to the hidden Carbos if you need it

Grab Carbos at: 6-8 Speed 17-20 Speed 22-25 speed

If you grabbed the Carbos pass above her for safe movement

Head back up and into the Royal Avenue ROYAL AVENUE Grab hidden Rare Candy below pool of water

Head into the Battle Royal Dome and participate in the Battle Royal

The Masked Royal: Rockruff: Brick Break

Keep Brick Breaking if he Protects

Head out of the Dome and up towards Route 7

ROUTE 7 Head left to Wela Volcano

WELA VOLCANO PARK As soon are you reach the grass: Equip Flynium Z Use the Max Repel Use the Protein as well as the Carbos if you picked it up Rare Candy to 27 and Teach Fling over Karate Chop

ROUTE 9 Make way through graveyard, grab the hidden Heal Powder in front of the gravestone

Quickly run behind old lady, and head south to the Skull Grunts > Be careful of the old lady, she will see you if you take too long

Head north and hug the right to avoid the Blackbelt

Plumeria 1: Golbat: Roto Boost, Z Wing Attack Salandit: Wing Attack

Heal confusion

Keep heading north to trigger the Olivia fight

Walk up to Nihilego and Run away from it when you get into a battle with it

Once Hau wave and walked towards the boat, feel free to use this time to run to the restroom

MALIE CITY Free heal

Head to the right and fight Hau

Hau 5: Torracat: X-Attack, Flying Press Raichu: Fling till dead

If you die to Torract check the Speed Compendium for what you get outsped by

Head north to Malie Garden

MALIE GARDEN Use Repel, hug left side near the tree to avoid walker

Grab the Rare Bone hidden under the tree

Keep heading up and around until you can walk up and talk to Kukui

Leave and head back to Malie City

MALIE CITY Don’t mount Tauros, keep running down until you prompt the Lillie Cutscene

Head North West to the library,

Pick up Fly from the girl in the hat sitting down, then up upstairs for a cutscene

Head out the Library and towards the South to Route 10

ROUTE 10 As soon as you enter the route: Repel Teach Fly over Brick Break

Blitz behind first trainer and try not too close to any trees

Blitz left side, avoiding Beauty and the rest of the trainers till you reach the Skull Grunt’s

Skull Grunt 1: Houndour: Wing Attack

Skull Grunt 2: Golbat: Z-Fly

Once done with the fight, walk towards the sign and say yes when asked

MOUNT HOKULANI Head to Center after the cutscene

Once in the Center: Grab the Candy at the counter Withdraw Popplio and Zorua PC Heal Hawlucha Press X and Give Popplio Flyinium Z, Equip Fightinium Z via PC

Once done with the PC, shop at the left vender

Initiate the Skull Grunt Double Battle
