How do non-sewer hit the floors running runs work? Everyone having different starting equipment upon timer start is very confusing.

Also, for HTFR demon halls, do we skip depth 21 since its the ambitious imp shop and start on depth 22?

I feel that's the whole point of running non-sewer levels, you prepare yourself in the sewers or whichever floors came before to maximize the chance of you going deeper quicker.
