So, I tested it with U93 using also some tips from the U78 subreddit. Sadly it crashes after a few seconds in, other than that it seems to work fine. Here's my crash log if anyone wants to try and fix that:

I managed to fix that thanks to Jigu and Ig, now works wonders.

Be sure to copy and replace the old files in your Payday 2 folder, WITHOUT deleting up-to-date files, otherwise you'll crash like me! And make backups. Lots of backups.
