Mei removed until November 17

Mei has been removed from the game (lol) until November 17, so Practice Range runs for "All Heroes" and "Damage Only" won't be accepted until then. All other practice range categories are fine.

Season 15: PERKS and Practice Range
Hey, so with the addition of perks in season 15 (and increased bot health values from a prior patch), we went ahead and legacy'd the previous main Practice Range categories (can be found in Misc). Feel free to submit new runs to the fresh Practice Range category!
