Description
i stopped the timer a little early due to my keybinds but i think the run is supposed to end at when you lose control at the end, not too sure so i added the time when i fully ended the timer just in case.
Changes on bhop and IL rules
After discussing with the mod team and top runners, we agreed to make changes to bhop rules and to the IL leaderboards.
All of these changes don't affect console runs, since all bhops are allowed on console.
